View arbitrary channels list within the Channel Operations Dialog

The channel operations dialog has filtering for many different criteria (channel name, tab, group, repository, state, etc.). However, there are times where you may wish to perform bulk operations on an arbitrary set of channels. For example, it isn’t possible to set a tag on all channels with 500 or more queued messages.
