Notes

In this release we have added a new bug report feature to help us gather the information that we need when receiving bug reports. When sending us issues, please click on the "Create Bug Report" button (the button on the far right hand side of the application

) and send us the generated zip file.

Clicking on this button will pop up a dialog that will allow you to add some information about the bug, specify and output directory, and optionally include one or more channels to be included in the bug report.

The resulting bug report contains the following information:

1. Server Log Files

2. Client Log Files

3. Configuration Information

4. Diagnostic Information such as OS, Memory, Sql Server Versions, etc

5. List of Devices installed

6. Any channels that were selected in the Bug Report Dialog.

This information is zipped and encrypted with a password (known only by us) in case there is any PHI information contained within.
