We had an issue last night at a customer site where the default user account (__cxn_user__) login expired.
We have logged and fixed this issue in version Connexion 13.02.07.R11. Please upgrade to this version if you can, or change the settings on the __cxn_user__ account so that the password never expires.
To do this please follow theses steps.
1) From an administrator command prompt, type mmc
2) Select "File/Add Remove Snap-in.."
3) Add the "Local Users and Groups" Snap-in
4) Select the snap-in you just installed and double-click on the __cxn_user__ account.
5) Make sure the "Password never expires" checkbox is checked (see below).
