Gateway Settings

The Settings tab exposes system-level configuration.

Critical settings, such as service accounts and database connection are only exposed/editable in the Configuration Wizard.

Inactivity Timeout: The amount of time (in minutes) before the UI is automatically logged out due to inactivity.

Initial Message Retention: The message retention value used for newly created queues. Retention is stored within the queue device configuration for Remote Agents.

Max RA Certificate Age: The maximum age (in days) for each remote agent communications certificate. Once this period elapses, the certificate is automatically rotated.
