Gateway Connected Users Dashboard

The Connected Users dashboard is useful for viewing each instance of the Gateway user interface connected to a specific Gateway instance. In large or busy deployments with many users, it can be helpful to determine which users are active and which version of the UI they are running.

In this dashboard, you can also view which remote agents are locked by each user by clicking on the associated hyperlink in the Remote Agent Locks column.

Right-click on a specific user to access additional functionality:

  • View Permissions Info: This is useful for viewing how Windows/Active Directory users and groups map to this user, and which Authorization Groups this user belongs to.
